when will my order be delivered?
orders will arrive within 4-10 business days after your order is placed via regular ground fedex/usps, unless we inform you otherwise on our website or by email. shipments leave from houston, texas, and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility. at this time, all shipments will be shipped via ground shipping. we are not able to expedite shipping.
how do I track my order?
we’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped (if you provided an email address with your order). if you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at hello@sipseatea.com.
what if my package didn’t arrive?
please email us at hello@sipseatea.com. we’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which results in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order.
what do i do if i want to cancel or modify my order?
we try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact hello@sipseatea.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
