Sea Tea (kombu kelp tea) is not like other Japanese teas. The unique savory flavor comes from kombu kelp seaweed, which is known for its’ umami. We’ve complimented the umami kombu with Japan’s best ume plums, Japanese Shiso leaf, and Uji matcha to create a savory sip like no other. It’s a unique umami experience – some say its like soup, but it is also enjoyed as a tea in japan.
Try it with hot water as a drink or use as seasoning in your entrées.
